Faculty Proctoring Details
You need to be logged into Microsoft365 to access the form below. The faculty log-in credentials for Microsoft365 is the same as the log-in information for your BPCC email address.
Proctoring Services are offered by the BPCC Learning Commons, located in Building A. Proctoring will take place in the Library Classroom (Room A-149) on the first floor of the Learning Commons or in the Tutoring Center on the second floor. This service is provided for BPCC students who encounter logistical challenges while taking online classes at BPCC, or those who have received permission from a BPCC instructor to complete a make-up exam through this service.

The available session times can be found in the student scheduling form. We're also flexible and willing to accommodate students who require session times beyond the standard offerings. They can simply state their scheduling needs in the comments section or reach out to us directly.
Please note that the Library Classroom is not equipped to handle exams that require an electronic proctoring service, such as ProctorU/Proctorio, if they have camera requirements. If you are using an electronic proctoring service with camera requirements, students may still take their test on campus, but will need to reserve a private study room in the Learning Commons and will need to check out a webcam from the Library or Tutoring Center.
